At NATICORE Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. All return requests must be submitted within this window. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
📋 ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & UnwashedItems must be in their original condition — not worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Original Tags AttachedAll original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • Within 30 DaysThe return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of PurchaseA valid order number or confirmation email is required to process any return.
🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Final Sale ItemsAny item marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories & GearFor hygiene reasons, accessories such as gloves, resistance bands, and similar items are non-refundable.
  • Damaged by CustomerItems that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse by the customer are not eligible.
🔄 REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact UsEmail us at support@naticorefitness.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Get ApprovalOur team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the ItemSend the item back using the instructions provided. Keep your tracking number as proof of shipment.
  4. Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Our ErrorIf we sent you the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
  • Change of MindIf you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
  • ExchangesFor exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you once we receive the original return.
🔁 EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? We've got you covered. Simply request an exchange within 30 days of delivery and we'll send out the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@naticorefitness.com with:

  • Your Order NumberInclude your order number from your confirmation email.
  • Photo EvidenceAttach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will prioritize your case and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
